Each brand takes the same idea — connected systems that people can inspect and operate — and applies it to one audience. Some deliver AI tools for front desk, communication and commerce workflows. Virtual Nurse Rx is the exception: its support is performed entirely by people.

It deploys managed support teams with team lead quality assurance and backup coverage. The support is administrative only: clinical decisions always remain with the practice’s licensed providers.
